From the first sample, we take care of the quality at every step, we identify the key points of each product to anticipate possible difficulties in production. Our Quality Department is totally independent from the Merchandising and Production departments, their only goal is to achieve AQL quality requirement.
Our supplier use the G.G.T system to create and print the patterns which has impact on time efficency and to get better size grading and measurement accuracy.
Our professional quality manager heads a highly motivated team of pro-active quality controllers. Every day they conduct a full garment quality control on site, including control of fabrics and trims. All of these actions are meant to decrease the margin of error. Final inspection goes from AQL 1.5 to 2.5, according to each customer requirements. . We also collaborate with the major 3rd party inspection companies (SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas) as per buyer’s requirement.
